By accessing or using Vibe Check at https://vibe.lazyent.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Vibe Check is an entertainment service that analyzes group photos and generates humorous casting verdicts. All results are generated for entertainment purposes only and should not be taken as factual assessments of any individual.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not upload photos of individuals without their knowledge or consent. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service.
All content, design, and functionality of Vibe Check is the property of its operators. You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process the photo for the sole purpose of delivering your verdict. This license expires when your data is deleted (within 48 hours).
Free users receive 3 complimentary sessions. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact [email protected] for assistance.
All verdicts, rankings, and commentary generated by Vibe Check are produced for entertainment purposes only. Results are fictional and humorous in nature. They do not represent real assessments, professional opinions, or factual statements about any person depicted in uploaded photos.
Vibe Check is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to hurt feelings, social consequences, or misunderstandings resulting from shared verdicts.
Uploaded photos and generated verdicts are stored temporarily and automatically deleted within 48 hours of processing. We do not maintain a permanent archive of your submissions or results.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
